For the first time found the coupling coefficient between the quarter-wave resonators and half-wave stripe is not zero. Studies have shown the stepped planar resonator coupling coefficient at the fundamental and higher resonance frequencies Кn (n = 0, 1, ...) than positive values, take also negative values and may be zero, and these changes are wavy. The theory of strip-transmitting filters for telecommunications was developed. The new direction in the design of microwave filters, including regular and stepped planar resonators was given, their technique of construction has been established. A new method of constructing stripe filters with broad band barrier it was offered. The method is based on the effect of the destruction of the first parasitic bandwidth by using stepped resonators for which the condition K1 = 0. A new way of building unminimum-phase filters it was offered. The new methods for synthesis of lumped-distributed resonators consisting of irregular transmission line and lumped element are set. The problem of determining unknown parameters resonators, given the natural frequency is reduced to solving a system of linear algebraic equations. New theoretical concepts helped to create a new class of miniature strip-transmitting filters for telecommunications with improved characteristics.
