The resulting model of the dissipative function is based on the symmetry of the magnetic material, and describes both the exchange and relativistic interactions in the crystal. Expression for the Gibbs potential was developed for martensitic transformation of the real (with crystal defects) shape memory alloy in the framework of phenomenological Landau theory. Elaborated approach to the description of martensitic transformations allows one to model the influence of internal and external mechanical stresses on magnetic shape memory, magnetostriction, transformation deformation, elastic modulus, heat flow and entropy change of shape memory alloys.
