It is shown that the heterogeneity of the magnetic field on the surface of the electrode leads to inhomogeneous distribution of electric potential in the electrolyte and electrode layer to the emergence of electric currents in the electrolyte and mahnitohidrodynamychnyh flows. The difference of the potential from magnetic field inhomogeneity between different points in the electrolyte near the surface of uniformly magnetized ferromagnetic electrode and the distribution of current density in the electrolyte in field dissipation electrode was calculated.
