A method of researches is the experimental field short-term agrotechnical researches on unwatering earths, laboratory-analytical and statistically is a mathematical analysis. Resurso-saving technologies of production of feed agrocoenosis are improved due to the increase of their productivity comparatively with analogues on 10%, application of complex of agrotechnical measures at the rational use of resource charges and bioclimatic potential of south region and diminishing of prime price of forage units on 15%. This technology is competitive. Industry of introduction is agriculture, forming of different patterns of ownership on unwatering earths of South of Ukraine.
