Maximal return of capital investments at growing of food potato at tiny irrigation provides application of addition to the deficit of water consumption for three days, bringing locally of fertilizers of N60P60K60 and treatment of plants стимулятором of Regoplant - an unit cost makes 1174 hrn.s/of т, conditional net income 34,20 thousand and level of profitability of 91,7% hrn./of ha at the productivity of 31,92 т/ha. The optimal term of cleaning up of the first harvest and elderly landing of fresh-cut tubers of potato of different groups of maturity in the conditions of south of Ukraine is a period of June, 20-25, when 10,12-11,75 т/ha of early products is formed at a prime price 2588-2178 hrn.s/of т. and 15,7-17,5 т/ha of seminal material after summer landing at profitability of production of 155,9-234,2%.
