Aim - to pass on State variety testing the new variety of couch-grass dove-coloured with the productivity of green mass of 170-200 с/ha, productivity of seed of 3-4 с/ha, new variety of slender wheatgrass with the feed productivity of 270-250 с/ha of green mass and seminal - 4-5 с/ha able to be used both at the pascual and at haying use in the difficult weather terms of south region of Ukraine. During the decision of task the drought-resisting sort of couch-grass is created dove-coloured with the harvest of green mass of 19,6 t/ha, seed of 0,94 t/ha; middle-ripening sort of slender wheatgrass, with the harvest of green mass of 34,3 t/ha, dry substance of 8,6 t/ha and 0,56 t/ha of standard seed; spondyle sort of wheat grass with the harvest of green mass of 33,6 t/ha, dry substance of 7,2 t/ha and seed of 0,45 t/ha.
