The advantages of the described method are the availability of reagents, environmentally friendly synthesis, high diastereoselectivity, good yield and short reaction time. Method of chromatographic analysis of fluorinated aminophosphonic acid enantiomers has been developed. The primary biological research of difluoromethylphosphonates on tetrazamacrocyclic platform has been carried out. The results of the investigations indicate the prospects of further study of phosphonate-functionalized polyazamacrocyclic compounds as potential inhibitors of protein tyrosine phosphatases.
