The optimal conditions for the synthesis of hybrid materials with respect to the component' ratio TEOS: HPA: Surfactant and the pH of the reaction mixture were found. The optimum pH value for the most affect on the structure of these materials is about 1.2. New acid-base heterogeneous nanocatalysts, based on lysine and phosphomolybdic and phosphotungstic heteropolyacids as self-contained, and as a part of their nanoporous silica hybrid composites were synthesized. By the IR spectroscopy interacting of lysine with HPA and deformation of Keggin ions in the structure of the acid-base nanocatalysts and in the structure of the hybrid nanocomposites was confirmed.
