Nanocatalysts composed on the basis of lysine and phosphomolybdic and phosphotungstic heteropolyacids with optimized content of acid sites. IR spectroscopic, adsorption, physical-chemical, and catalytic properties of the catalyst were studied. The activity of these catalysts in the hydrolysis of fructose in water at 120оС. The promising samples of nanocatalysts for further optimization were selected. The patent of Ukraine for an effective method of obtaining HMF from glucose in aqueous medium under hydrothermal conditions has taken out.
