Obtained data suggest the role of specific phospholipase D and nonspecific phospholipase C isoenzymes in gravity action in plant cells. Mechanisms of specific action of salicylic acid on gene expression were discovered through phosphatidylinositol kinase activation and PI-PLC inhibition. Quercetin action was investigated in experimental models of free radical transformation of linoleic alcohol in the presence of lipoxygenase and allosteric activator.
