Decomposition of the quality of the project was done into quality system and project management software product quality. The final goal for educational process management is the preparation of highly skilled professionals (for a project – products with expected quality). The approaches for creating IT with multiple scenarios of educational process were established. The concept of integration scenarios in IT with multiple scenarios was provided. This research also contains mathematical model of using the proper effects on workforce with the aim of changing their interest in a project and generating the correct actions in order to improve the quality of the project.
