Object of study - survey archives children - residents of contaminated areas and biological samples individuals exposed in utero. Objective: Identify trends in individual quantities of 137Cs accumulation in children according to data WBC after the Chernobyl accident and analyze their relationships with some indicators of health. Conduct a pilot study of DNA methylation in people exposed to radiation in utero. Methods - A retrospective analysis, surveys, genetic statistics. The highest concentration of 137Cs in the body of the children seen in the emergency in the first years. Installing the gradual reduction of incorporated 137Cs, with the exception of 1995, when it discovered significant increase, due to the abolition of restrictions on the use of locally produced products in 1994 - 1995. A direct correlation between expositions 137Cs content in the body of children and contamination of soils in settlements where the children lived permanently and feedback over time that has passed since the Chernobyl disaster r = -0,70172 (p <0.0001). Results lonhitudenalnyh observations of the cohort of children numbering 1,251 persons resident in the territories with significant density of contamination of soil 137Cs, indicate the presence of hematologic adverse effects: greater things of contamination density was, the lower were levels of hemoglobin, red blood cells and platelets. A single study in the period 2009-2010., Which covered 590 children showed that a higher content of 137Cs in the body were lower hemoglobin level, red blood cells and platelets. Lowering blood parameters were due to the size of 137Cs activity in soils indirectly through the concentration of 137Cs in the body as an intermediate variable. Epidemiological analysis of the major classes of immunoglobulin concentrations (IgG, IgA, IgM) in serum showed that people who lived in areas with higher levels of contamination of soil 137Cs concentration detected lower serum IgG, and a high concentration of IgM. The children - residents of contaminated territories more likely than children of the control group developed secondary immune deficiency. It occurred under the influence of a complex set of factors: burdened heredity, adverse micro-social environment, numerous medical and biological risk factors in the mother, some pathological conditions of the child in the infant period, certain features of early childhood. Found probable correlation between radiation doses to the thyroid gland mother's dose of radiation parents 137Cs content in the body of the child and the development of secondary immunodeficiency. Among all classes of illnesses in children - residents of contaminated areas, throughout the period after the disaster dominant were respiratory diseases, which in general morbidity structure constituted 55,6-47,3%. Over the past 20 years they have increased in children - residents of contaminated areas and children in the general population nationwide. However, in children - residents of contaminated areas, changes in the incidence of respiratory diseases were more pronounced. Built regression models predicted and identified trends of these indicators that point to preserve the negative trend. Epidemiological analysis showed that children who live in towns with level of 137Cs soil contamination within the highest quantile, characterized by a decrease in 2,6 times FVC <80% of the calculated value [95% confidence interval 1,07-6,34] and 5.08-fold decrease in the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to FVC <80% (95% CI 1,02-25,19). A statistically significant as signs of airway obstruction (FEV1 / FVC%, peak expiratory flow rate, maximum expiratory flow rate at 25%, 50% and 75% of FVC) and forced vital capacity restriction with an increase in the level of contamination of soil 137Cs. Children with higher levels of incorporated 137Cs observed more pronounced violation of the functional state of the broncho-pulmonary system, defined more frequent violations of ventilation and nerespiratornyh features, increase the intensity of free radical processes in the lungs. As part of the pilot studies collected saliva and isolated DNA in 29 people exposed to radiation in utero and in 16 control group for further study DNA methylation. Publications: articles - 4, speeches at the conference - 2. Field of application - radiation medicine, pediatrics, research
