By selective introduction of pharmacophore fragments as substituents in the core of heterocycle or carbocycle, a convenient preparative methods of obtaining new naphthoquinones, quinoxalines, quinazolines, phenothiazines, pyrimidines, thiazolidones, imidazoles, oxazoles were developed and their physical and chemical properties were confirmed. Possible ways of practical application were studied on the basis of molecular docking results, prediction of biological activity and experimental microbiological investigations. Antimicrobial compositions based on synthesized ethylthiosulfanilate and bioPAR in the form of suspensions and ointments were developed. Stimulation of plant growth processes on technologically contaminated areas was determined using ramnolipid biocomplex and ethylthiosulfanilate and their influence on growth indicators of field pea and sorghum for growing on soil polluted by oil. By experimental biological research it was found high bactericidal, fungicidal, growth regulating, antithrombotic and antioxidant activities of some synthesized compounds.
