High effective magnetic, pH and thermosensitive delivery nanosystems of polymeric origin with predictable properties, having application in targeted delivery of nucleic acids, peptides, other biopolymers and syntetic drugs were obtained. Methods of synthesis of novel monomers, initiators and surface-active compounds containing fragments of natural origin - sugars, cholesterol, folic and lithocholic acids were investigated. Novel methods of synthesis of surface-active monomers containing these fragments in the end or in a side chain were proposed. Drug delivery systems, which allows to reduce therapeutical doses of doxorubicine in 4-10 times were created. Drug delivery systems able to form complexes with kiCHI3L1, important to cancer cell proliferation, were created. Novel magnetic and luminescent markers for cancer cells were created.
