The regularities of formation of the electromagnetic response to external actions nanoscale semiconductor semimagnetic tunnel structures, modulated intermediate nonmagnetic barriers that divide the quantum well and semimagnetic barrier, semiconductor surface structures, modulated by inclusions of the superconducting phase and intrinsic defects and complex metal-dielectric structures, modulated by periodic sequences of pulse function whose width is much smaller than the wavelength of the external field source, and their capabilities to create elements of processing, transmission and storage of the data have been investigated.
