It was shown that the classical and quantum scattering cross sections for these crystals have significant maxima in some angles of scattering. It was shown that the nature of classical and quantum maxima were different. Observations of classic maxima is complex. Quantum maxima at electron energies of several MeV are in the same order of magnitude as the critical angle of planar channeling. The possibility of experimental observation of quantum scattering effects in particular on the accelerator of the Laboratory of linear accelerators Orsay (France). Based on computer simulation of the influence of incoherent scattering by thermal fluctuations of the atoms positions in the crystal lattice on dynamics of high-energy negatively charged particles beam of in a bent crystal. It was shown that the incoherent scattering reduces the effectiveness of the stochastic mechanism of beam deflection and increases the size of the beam at the output of the crystal. It was also shown that negatively charged particles the stochastic mechanism of beam deflection is more efficient than the planar channeling mechanism.
