The object of the research - the interaction processes between tritium aqueous form, living substance and abiotic components of natural environment. The purpose of this work is to determine mechanism of hydrogen isotope composition formation in living and nonliving material, to develop the method of water solutions purification from tritium. Such methods of research as geochemical, geostatistical, chemical, electrochemical, radiochemichal, radiospectrometrical, statistical, empirical ones were used. Theoretical grounds of hydrogen isotopes fractionating in living and nonliving nature are considered in the report. The processes of interaction between tritium water, stratiform silicates and their mixtures, adsorption and tritium isotopic exchange kinetics were experimentally investigated. The series of methods of water solutions purification from tritium contamination were developed. The processes of hydrogen isotope composition formation of aqueous and aqueous-marsh vegetation and fishes at high tritium concentration in habitat in laboratory and field conditions were investigated. The velocity of protium-tritium and reverse exchange in free water and organically bond form of vegetation is determined. Tritium supply in Quaternary deposits aquifer, which form as a result of radiation accident on STSP UkrSA "Radon" in Kyiv, were estimated by using of geostatistical methods. The conclusion was made about absence of tritium contamination risk for Cenomanian-Callovian groundwater complex, which is used for potable water-supply within Kyiv. Results of the research work were used by STSP UkrSA "Radon" in Kyiv when performing of works on radiation accident consequences minimization. Forecasts as for the research object development are as follows: designing a technology of cleaning of APP sinks and technological reservoirs from tritium contamination.
