The research found natural resistance of the cells of the bacteria Achromobacter xylosoxidans 1122 (bioagent to Albobacterin) Paenibacillus polymyxa КВ (bioagent to Polymyxabacterin); Bradyrhizobium japonicun M-8 (bioagent to Rizogumin); Azospirillum brasilense 410 (bioagent to Microgumin); Azospirillum brasilense 18/2 (bioagent to Diazobacterin), studied their functional activity under the action of some disinfectants and developed practical measures for the effective use of biological factors in the fertilization of crops. Based on the analysis of the literary sources justifies the mechanism of resistance of bacterial cells to fungicides and insecticides, which is probably due to the fact that the action of pesticides, focused on the physiological characteristics of pathogenic fungi and harmful insects. The result of the interaction of bacterial cells with protectants depends on physiological properties of bacterial cells, and the characteristics of the molecular structure of active ingredients of disinfectants.
