The purpose of research - the definition of wet-temperature state building frame structures, depending on external climatic conditions and increasing the life of the building structures by their thermo. As a result of experimental studies determined the nature of the changes over time of temperature - humidity characteristics walling three-story public building after a partial thermo. Thermo performed by coating the outer surface of the three-layered concrete wall insulation materials of various types. The diagrams changes in moisture insulating coatings under changing temperature and humidity conditions in the outside air. Determined values of thermal resistance of enclosing structures after thermo. For a number of insulating coatings used in thermo walling buildings constructed diagrams of moisture sorption. Developed recommendations for choosing insulation materials on the outside of walling structures to increase their lifetime.
