The organic-inorganic nanostructured polymeric proton-conductive membranes based on the developed compounds were obtained using sol-gel method. It was showed, that proton conductivity of synthesized compounds is 10-6 -10-4 S/cm at 120 оС in dry nitrogen atmosphere.
