The purpose of the research was to study regio- and stereochemistry of cyclization alkenylcarboxylic acids and amides and heterylaminoalkenes under classical inorganic (iodine, sulfuric acid, polyphosphoric acid) and organic (arylsulfenyl halogenides, "Selektofluorine", N-ftorobenzensulfonimide) reagents action in conditions that tend to provide high selectivity of processes, their environmental and economic attractiveness. Based on electrophilic intramolecular cyclization reactions of amides of beta and gama-unsaturated acids and 2-alkenyl (alkynyl)amino(thio)pyridopyrimidines, pterydines efficient synthetic approaches to new types halogenfunctionalized (including fluorine atoms) sulfanil(sulfone) functionalized lactones, lactams, functionally substituted tricyclic nitrogen heterocyclic systems (alkaloid analogs, derivatives of guanine and folic acid) were developed, established their structure, studied physico-chemical properties of the compounds with guanidine endocyclic tioureides fragments. Found as a result of the project regularities of effect on the reaction course the substrate and reagent structure, reaction medium, external additives were used to direct synthesis of heterocyclic systems, that can be used as new facilities for structural research, catalysts, as well as the key substances for efficient search of bioactive compounds wide spectrum.
