The aim of research consisted in creation of the synthesis method and study of new fluorine-containing heterocyclic compounds chemical properties for the following investigation of their possible usage as antiviral and cardio-vascular medication. Investigation methods: organic synthesis, NMR determination of the structure of new substances, chromato-mass spectroscopy, X-Ray structural analysis. Theoretical and practical results: Synthesis methods for fluorine-containing thiopyrane derivatives on the basis of polyfluoroalkandithiocarboxilates chiral derivatives and polyfluoroalkanthiocarbonic acid amides have been elaborated. Chemical properties of fluorine-containing thiopyrane derivatives have been studied, to be exact - the possibility to synthesize thia-sugars on their base. New types of fluorine-containing heterocyclic compounds have been created for their testing as HIV of non-glycoside nature inhibitors. Synthesis methods for new nucleoside heterocyclic analogs have been elaborated on the base of fluorine-containing heterocycles. The obtained new compounds are investigated for antiviral and inotropic activity for creation of new medicines for HIV and cardio-vascular diseases cure.
