Accordingly, the purpose of the work is: 1) the molecular design, synthesis and organization of pilot production of highly selective nanosized calixarene receptors biologically important molecules for the development on their base the modulators of calcium pumps and drug resistance, the enzyme inhibitors, antitrombotics, cardiovascular and anticancer drugs, working bodies of bio- and nanosensors; 2) the development of methods of the synthesis of new radiotoxic isotopes extractants, the study of the structure and properties of the resulting products. The calixarene phosphonous acids synthesized which due to their ability to bind with surface proteins showed a wide spectrum of biologically activity as highly effective inhibitors of phosphatase, inhibitors of fibrin polymerization, calcium channel modulators and modulators of drug resistance.
