This two-step algorithm is based on cytomorphological evaluation of quantitative and qualitative aberrations in hematopoietic cells of different lineage followed by molecular-genetic detection of BCR-ABL1 and JAK2 mutations. A set of IEPOR monoclonal antibodies was produced in vivo. Specificity and efficacy of these antibodies was tested on cell lines panel using flow cytometry and immunoperoxidase and alkaline phosphatase immunohistochemical methods.
