Both mCD150 and nCD150 isoforms were detected in normal and malignant B lymphocytes, but level of mCD150 expression in malignant B cell lines was higher than in normal B lymphocytes. Level of nCD150 expression in malignant B cell lines equal to the level of normal B lymphocytes. The mCD150 and nCD150 transcript was also detected in tumors of central nervous system, but in glioma cells nCD150 was found to be the predominant CD150 isoform.
