Aim of study: to determine the nutrients and toxic elements translocation features and to develop the standards of anthropogenic load within rural residential areas that corresponds with the principles of organic production. Research method: In carrying out the work use laboratory and field methods, mathematical and statistical analysis and comparative computational methods in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system ISO 3973-2000. Long-term observations, which are conducted within residential areas, for ecotoxicological state of soil, natural waters and crop production, tended to increase of nutrients and toxicants concentration. According to the standards of organic production within residential areas were determined safe for use on podzolized soils of Right-Bank Forest-steppe zone doses of animal wastes. Developed the methodological recommendations "Restoring and maintaining of ecological stability of rural residential areas for the organic crop production", that includes actions for the regulation of anthropogenic load, consistent with the principles of organic farming: standards of using of organic fertilizers, the number of pets and using of household wastes.
