The common analysis of regulations that determine state policy of CNPP (Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant) and transformation of 'Ukryttya' object into ecologically safe system, providing of ecological and technogenic safety during usage of nuclear energy, treating with nuclear waste, protection of human from radioactive radiation was conducted. A realization practice of regulations of carrying out an activity of CNPP decommissioning and transformation of 'Ukryttya' object into ecologically safe system, treating with nuclear waste, implementation of international cooperation dealing with questions of overcoming consequences of Chernobyl Disaster was analyzed. The foreign practice of usage of lands similar to Chernobyl Exclusion Zone was analyzed. Problematical questions that decrease the efficiency of CNPP activity and transformation of 'Ukryttya' object into ecologically safe system, regulations and documents that stipulate them were identified. Propositions about changes and additions to existing documents and adoption of new documents, proposed order of elaborated propositions embodiment into practical usage that aimed at efficiency increasing of CNPP decommissioning and transformation of 'Ukryttya' object into ecologically safe system and providing with measures of radiation and ecological optimization were developed.
