The main attention in researches is paid to single-crystal samples of orthoaluminate Yttrium, activated with Manganese, which were grown by the Czochralski method. Were investigated dosimetric properties when signing the absorbed dose by the method of thermoluminescent dosimetry (TLD) based dosimetric sensitivity response energy photon irradiation in the range from 30 Kev to 10 of the MEB programme, the possibility of applying OSL for dose registration and analysis of the dosimetric characteristics and physico-chemical properties of this material compared to known and commercially-available materials for passive thermoluminescent dosimetry. When SRW incineration methods of solution, solid-phase synthesis and sintering synthesized nanodispersed powders and solid ceramic samples of orthoaluminate YAG - Y3Al5O12, YAP - YAlO3 and YAM - Y4Al2O9, activation Carbon, as a potential material for TLD and OSL dosimetry. By x-ray diffraction and electron microscopy were investigated in the phase and structural homogeneity.
