Aim of study: based on observations in local and landfill agricultural ecological monitoring to study migration and accumulation processes of nutrients and toxic elements by biotic and abiotic components of agricultural ecosystem in the Forest-steppe zone. Research methods: laboratory and field methods, mathematical and statistical analysis and comparative calculation methods. Established, that soil nutrient availability and accumulation of toxicants of agricultural landscapes are changeable value. They depend on the agriculture technological pressure on ecotypes and related to the lateral and radial migration processes. In carrying out agroecological assessment of agricultural ecotypes we recommend to determine the indicators of soil protection functions: the coefficients of contamination by gross, flexible and acid-soluble forms of trace elements and heavy metals, the coefficient of protective properties, the indicator of soil saturation by trace elements and heavy metals. This will allow predict the possible shortage of trace elements in the soil, as well as identify the agro- technological component in the total technological pollution of the environment.
