The aim - to study the dependence of spring wheat seed productivity and oats sown seeds of fractions to determine the optimal fractional composition of seed crops and varieties studied. Methods - field experiments and laboratory studies, mathematical and statistical methods. The main results of a study in 2015 - proved that if a sufficient number of seeds should be used for sowing fractional composition size 2,2 and > mm and recommended new regulatory requirements for standardization and certification of seeds – using sieves (lower) for spring wheat and oats with dimensions of 2,0 x 20 mm instead of the current 1,7 x 20 and 1,5 x 20 mm.
