The study was conducted by using conventional breeding methods on the basis of the developed in the previous years the principles of creating varieties the Polissia ecotype. The primary method of creating initial material was genetic recombination using intra- and interspecies hybridization. Studies of the breeding material were conducted on full scheme of selection process. The research results and their novelty. To the State Service for Protection of Rights to Plant Varieties in 2015, were filed an applications for varieties of spring bread wheat Kaydashykha and Yaryna.In competitive trials allocated line No.116-14 with a grain yield of 4.0 t/ha, gluten content in the grain - 25,8%, protein content - 14.7% and the flour quality (Zeleny) - 59,1%, which significantly exceeded the standards and is a promising candidate for a variety of spring wheat with good baking performance. In the preliminary testing of selected lines No.270-14 271-14 with a grain yield 4.5 and 3.9 t/ha, gluten content in grain of 25.4-25.9%, which according to these traits significantly exceeded standards Rannia-93 and Nedra of 0.4-1.2 t/ha and 0.7-1.3 percent accordingly (LSD05=0.5 t/ha and 1.7%).In the control nursery selected line No.145-14 with grain yield of 4.1 t/ha and gluten content of 25.4%, which significantly exceeded standards Rannia-93 and Nedra of 0.5-0.8 t/ha and 0.7-0.8% (LSD05=0.2 t/ha; 0.6%) and it is a promising breeding material for the developing of productive varieties of spring wheat of bread making direction. Hybridization is carried out in a number of combinations 13 T. aestivum / T. aestivum, 2 - T. aestivum / T. turgidum, 1 - T. aestivum / Tritordeum, 3 - T. aestivum / S. sereale, 1 - Hordeum chilense / T. aestivum (waxi), 1 - Hordeum chilense / Aegilops. spp. 2 - T. aestivum / T. durum, 3 - T. durum / T. durum, 1 - T. durum / T. aestivum, 4 - T. durum / S. cereale, 1 - T. aestivum / Agropyron ssp. and obtained viable seeds.
