During the performance: the theoretical aspects of formation of the innovative competitiveness of national economies and enterprises in the conditions of a competitive environment formation reviewed; made an analysis of existing approaches to evaluating innovative technical, organizational and social provisions of enterprises productivity; the influence of the institutional environment on the formation of the Institute of infrastructural maintenance of innovative enterprises development investigated; the estimation of investment activity of enterprises and the efficiency of investments on environmental protection conducted; the necessity of forming business strategy about implementation of provisions of labor productivity on the enterprises substantiated; the quality of transport and logistics services of Ltd"Gilea" assessed; the structural-functional model of institutional regulation of enterprises innovation activities and model of the mechanism of companies investment activities designed; the mechanism to reduce social risks of corporate responsibility of enterprises under conditions of integration processes proposed.
