Purpose - to develop models and technologies of decision-making in system efficient development of light industry enterprises. During the research we used systematic and comprehensive approaches. The methodological basis of research were conceptual provisions of modern economic theory, scientific works of leading domestic and foreign scientists and economists. Methods of study and analysis of economic processes: economic and mathematical modeling as a tool to ensure the most optimal reception results (balance sheet, optimization, statistical and analytical methods). Data processing was carried out using computer technology and software. Results of research: next mechanisms were developed: organizational and economic mechanism of enterprises budgeting; organizational and economic mechanism for risk management in the context of foreign economic activity of enterprises of light industry; organizational and economic mechanism of forming functional strategies of enterprises; next systems were built: computer support budgeting process in enterprises; support management decisions and revealed their influence on the financial situation of industrial enterprises; conceptual management model of the process of ensuring economic security was developed. The impact of research on the learning process - research results will be used in the teaching of subjects "Finance Companies", "Financial activity subjects of business", "Budgeting of subjects of management", planned training coursework's and diplomas. Particular requirements - developed models and technologies of decision-making in system efficient development of light industry enterprises can be used in further research performers' developments.
