The effect is achieved by suppressing the negative impact on the process of deposition by-products of synthesis, which are contained in the technical product COL "Barhos" and provoke the formation of columnar structures. Studies have shown that the cavitation wear resistant coatings that have a layered structure approximately twice higher than that of the coatings with columnar-layered structure . The application of the mixture of the technical product COL "Barhos" with DBE as precursor allows to improve the barrier properties of the coatings produced without expensive initial purification of the technical product.
