Spyrokarbon was synthesized at the chair of organic and biological chemistry of the Kherson state university. For the first time was showed, that researched dose of spirokarbon doesn't have signs of toxic influence on the skin, hair condition, visible mucous membranes of white laboratory mice, but causes clean changes in the leukogram, cytochemical parameters of the peripheral blood of white mice, and also influences on the phagocityc function. As part of the implementation of the theme,a methodology of evaluation cytochemical status of granulocytes of the peripheral blood of mammals was developed. In the future we plan to hold complex studies, which will be directed to substantiation the mechanisms of biological influence of spyrokarbon, in particular assessment of processes immune and humoral regulations, with purpose to determine it potential danger and rationing.
