The aim is to maintain and improve the technical component in units reproduction and transmission system by Armed Forces of Ukraine reference standards for a given level of control probability parameters of armament and military equipment. Research methods - system analysis, measurement theory, methods of statistical analysis, methods of military-economic analysis, measuring equipment reliability theory, mathematical (simulation) modeling experiment. The main results of research are: method of AC traceability to standard voltage thermocouples, which novelty consists in application of transitional measures (confirmed by experimental results); justification of introducing the intermediate steps in the calibration schemes that facilitate the standard base autonomy and reduce the cost of its maintenance; amendments to the draft of Development program of the Armed Forces of Ukraine standard base for 2016-2018 years (based on standard base technical condition analysis as well as global trends in instrumentation); adjustment method of standards calibration intervals, improved in the determination of a sufficient number of devices in a homogeneous group and selecting quadratic polynomial approximating in calibration interval adjustment for a specific sample standard; theoretical justification of main provisions of DC voltage solid-state 2nd class measures verification procedure; software for the AC voltage secondary standard in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 30 MHz, thus improving the accuracy and reducing the complexity of metrological works as well as expanding the functionality of the standard.
