Over the past ten years in the country there was 495 444 fires, which caused only direct material damage amounting to about 2 billion. UAH; they killed 37,404 men, and 17,665 people suffered injuries. Overall material losses from the fires is more than 0.3 per cent of gross national product. Therefore, increasing the efficiency of fire-rescue units in the process of liquidation of fires - one of the main directions of the Fire and Rescue Service Ministry of Ukraine. The experience of developed countries shows that in conditions of limited spending on fire safety assurance system to adapt to the specific fire safety of a facility implementing best differentiated approach. This approach requires the development and implementation of practical measures that take into account both the fire safety facilities and their fire protection systems valued at fire prevention.
