The object of research - fire and rescue units city. The purpose and objectives of the study. The aim is to improve the efficiency of fire-rescue units of the city in the process of liquidation and fires on the basis of theoretical and experimental research using systems analysis. To achieve the goal formulated and solved the following tasks: 1. Develop a systematic approach using a mathematical model predicting circumstances in the area of fire. 2. Experimentally investigate the operation of fire and rescue units city in the process of liquidation and fires. 3. Develop a system optimization mathematical models and methods for their solution to improve the efficiency of fire-rescue units of the city in the process of liquidation and fires in cities. The practical significance of the results. Mathematical models and dependence can determine the weather conditions in the area of fire; manage resources disposal measures. Using obtained in the mathematical models and methods of software implemented algorithms will make optimal variant of the process of liquidation of fires and the corresponding technological factors, choose fire-rescue techniques and equipment, etc, which increases the efficiency of the fire and rescue units city in the occurrence and fire suppression. The results can be implement in MOE Ukraine, as well as research and design organizations in the development of standard documentation, design and production of new equipment for the Fire and Rescue Service Ministry of Ukraine. Testing results of research work. The main results of research were presented and discussed at the following conferences and exhibitions: III international specialized exhibition "Fire Tech - Fire Safety Technologies" (m. Kyiv, 2009), Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Optimization Research - 2009" (m. Mykolaiv, 2009.), IX International Scientific Conference "Fire safety - 2009" (m. Lviv, 2009). Publications.
