The good work of the auditors contributes the strengthening of the national audit positions, both on the internal and external markets of services, the increase of competitiveness of the Ukrainian audit firms. The subject of the research is the organization of internal control of the audit activity quality according to the legislative requirements of Ukraine and the internal standards of the auditing firm. The object of the research is the internal control system of the audit activity quality ACF "UGТ Plus". The purpose of the research is to define the organizational approaches, regulatory requirements, concerning the introduction and functioning of the internal control system of audit activity quality with the purpose of perfecting it. The accordance estimation of the internal control system of the audit activity quality of the firm was based on the research and conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and requirements of international standards of quality control, auditing, review, other assurance and related services pronouncements. The recommendations were given to improve the operating system of the internal control quality of the auditing firm.
