The aim of our investigation is to selection of drivers that on the psychophisiological indexes can safely execute professional activity, prophylaxis road transport incidents, economic losses, psychical traumas among participants, witnesses of accidents, relatives of victims. Apparatus: diagnostic automatic complex "Cardio +" (NPO "Metecol" Ukraine),electrocardiograph “Юкард - 200" ("Компания ЮТАС", Ukraine), digital blood pressure meter АО UA - 787 (AND, Japan), computer electroencephalograph BRAINTEST (Ukraine), ultrasonic diagnostic scanner Xario - Toshiba SSA 660 (Toshiba, Japan), ultrasonic diagnostic scanner HITACHI HIVISION Avius with Doppler canal (HITACHI, Japan), gemathological analyzed "Mindray BC - 3000 plus / BC - 2800" (Mindray, China), digital photoelectric colorimeter "APEL" (Japan), self-holding immunoenzymometric analyzer Еlх800 "BioStream" (USA), immersion microscope licensed software package for practical statistics MedStat (Y.E. Liakh, V.G. Gurianov), psychological procedures. Obtained results and their novelty: An idea is extended about the value of psychophisiological indexes in providing of reliability of professional activity of drivers of motor transport; the diagnostic complex of psychophisiological estimation of reliability of professional activity of drivers is worked out; computer methodology of expressestimation of psychophisiological readiness of drivers to the action and method of operative estimation of readiness are worked out to the safe management by the transport vehicle of drivers of passenger motor transport; a model is worked out and reasonable for control of the psychophisiological state of drivers. An offer system of medical and psychological examinations of drivers and candidates in the drivers of transport vehicles must be legislatively inculcated in an action with the purpose of decline of influence of "human factor" on the origin of road a transport incident; the worked out model of prognostication of reliability of professional activity of drivers can be used for realization of preliminary, periodic and extraordinary physical (medical and psychological) examinations of drivers and candidates in the drivers of transport vehicles; the worked out algorithm and model of estimation of readiness to activity of driver can be used during realization of every shiftwork physical (medical and psychological) examinations of drivers-ferrymen of passengers; the worked out requirement specification on a device for operative control of the psychophisiological state of drivers can be used for realization of research for creation and approbations of device that will be used during realization of every shiftwork examinations of drivers; the worked out projects of normative documents in relation to organization of medical and psychological examinations and creation of the Electronic register of medical and psychological examinations of drivers of transport vehicles can be used in perfection of normative base on control and increase of safety of travelling motion in a country.
