Theoretical and experimental methods to study the effect modes smelting and size alloying of particles distribution of zirconium oxides in the ingot steel 08Cr18Ni10Ti. Investigated the influence alloying zirconium oxide of the grain sizes and nonmetallic inclusions, microhardness and mechanical properties. Shown that a decrease particle size of zirconium oxide results in more a uniform distribution in volume of the melt. Found that at concentrations of ZrO2 of particles to 0.2 ... 0.25 wt.% have the increase strength and ductility of the steel as compared with the original steel 08Cr18Ni10Ti. At concentrations above ZrO2 particles 0.4 wt.%, there is a decrease in mechanical properties of the steel. Structural studies have shown that the average particle size of the steel does not exceed the initial size of the oxides used in alloying. That is the aggregation of nanoparticles in melting not. Investigation of the structure of the boundaries portion "share oxide-austenitic matrix" helped establish the fact of change in the degree of coherence of the boundaries of with the size of oxides. In steels with a particle size of 10-15 nm are coherent with the size of 100 ... 150 nm - are incoherent. This difference will have a important implications in terms of radiation hardness of steel. It coherent interface is effective sinks for radiation defects, where they recombine. Therefore, they play an important role in the radiation stability materials under irradiation. Thus, the best of all points of view - of strength and ductility, predicted radiation resistance, uniformity of distribution in the volume of steel relaxation characteristics are the doped steel with a particle size of 10-15 nm and a concentration of 0.15 ... 0.2 wt.%.
