Subject of research - a model of horizontal and vertical drainage systems. The aim - to develop drainage systems on agricultural lands through the use of technical means and measures. Methods of research - of research methods is based on determining effectiveness of the drainage systems that provide protection from flooding farmland. The basis of data taken systematic observation, information materials hidroloho- regional reclamation expeditions and periodic field investigations identified the main reclamation, technical and economic parameters, designed to ensure the environmental safety of agricultural land. Devices - for solving the tasks using modern hardware design studied: natural climatic conditions of the area and the level of groundwater in the area and the location of agricultural enterprises.
