The work purpose - development of new teoretiko-methodological approaches, methods and models of research of social and economic systems and development on them to a basis of techniques of decision making at microlevel and macrolevel for social and economic systems of Ukraine. Research methods - the system analysis; the decision making theory; the multifactorial analysis; the theory of the differential equations; the equation in final differences. The received results can be recommended for use at planning of perspective development of industrial organisations of Ukraine, and also for accepting of current management decisions; for decision making on macroeconomic planning of development of national economy.
