The subject of the research is organization of distributed microcontroller systems of collecting the measuring data with remote Internet access to micro-server networks of virtual intellectual sensors based on specialized Web-protocols. The purpose of the research is development of complex hardware and software for building network microcontroller systems for collecting and processing experimental data on the basis of intellectual sensors by the standard IEEE-1451 with Web-protocols and embedded Java-technology support. The method of the research is the theoretical and experimental method based on analysis and synthesis of hardware and software support for microcontroller network systems of remote collecting of experimental data. There is an approach proposed for the organization and processing of experimental data for remote collecting and processing of experimental data such as microcontroller networks of intellectual sensors by standard IEEE-1451 on the basis of embedded Java-machines with the support of Web-technology protocols MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) and Web- services REST. The structure of intellectual sensors for studying the matter structure was developed. A basic set of hardware and software for microcontroller modules of intellectual sensors was developed as well. Existing standards of industrial networks were used for the connection between logical sensors; MQTT protocol and Web-services REST were used for the connection between intellectual sensors. Network processor NCAP (Network Capable Application Processor) of intellectual sensors was implemented on embedded Java-based machines. That all allowed to provide the platform independence for software solutions on hardware implementation, to use advantages of network Java-technologies, to reduce considerably the cost of remote Internet access to the equipment, to reduce the overall dimensions and systems power consumption comparing to computer architectures.
