Also it was developed a laboratory method of creating Fusarium resistant cucumber source material, which provides the opportunity to differentiate breeding samples during 9 months by their levels of resistance to Fusarium, and to propagate promising samples for their further effective involvement in the breeding. For using a hybrid breeding 13 cell lines were implemented: cucumber (2), watermelon (2), of pumpkin (2), tomato (5), sweet pepper (2), sources of resistance to diseases, genetic sterility, early maturation, with a high content of biochemical components, that can accelerate the hybrid breeding in 2 times.
