Researches have been directed on improvement of technology of tests of modern isolation and protection of elements of the test facility against critical currents and pressure at emergency breakdown of isolation of cables. Improvement of existing technology of formation of variable ultrahigh pressure for tests of the electrotechnical equipment and creation of isolation of resonant installation power effective and proof to electric breakdown for standard tests of cables for ultrahigh pressure with SPE isolation was the project purpose. Technical decisions are developed for practical realisation of a consecutive resonant contour by good quality Q ~ 40 and precision regulation of inductance. The mathematical model and a design procedure of regime parametres of knots of installation for tests SPE of isolation of cables low-frequency by a sinewave by pressure to 500 кВ (with instability ? 1 %%) is created. The received results have provided improvement of test superhigh-voltage installation by realisation in its power resonant contour of extremely high good quality, precision regulation of test pressure to 500 кВ and parametrical restriction of critical pressure and currents in elements of installation and a food network at occurrence of emergency breakdowns of isolation of cables and other elements of a digit contour. Results are introduced in industrial production - together with factory "Pivdenkabel" (Kharkov) resonant installation for tests SPE of isolation of superhigh-voltage cables on norms SOU-N IT 20.304: 2009 is created. The installation created at factory " Pivdenkabel ", forms precision regulated синусоидное pressure to 500 кВ frequency of 50 Hz and defines level of partial categories in СПЭ isolation of power cables on pressure to 330 кВ and provides accuracy of their measurement ± 1 пК. Input power and currents in elements of the created installation at 40-50 times is less than input power and currents in elements of installations which do not use a consecutive resonant contour. Installation, thanks to realisation of high factor of an indulgence of the higher harmonious components, has low level of nonlinear distortions.
