This allows performing the treatment of seeds by such preparation at last 60 days before sowing and using the inoculant for tank mixtures with protective substances under seed treatment by pesticides. There are evidences that the influence of the strains of nodule bacteria on the formation and functioning of symbiotic systems and productivity latter depends on the properties of strains used in this study. Using the mobile genetic elements under the creation of high effective strains of microorganisms allows to increasing bacteria nitrogen fixing potential and improving the symbiotic properties of the strains under application of the chemicals for plant protection. Using the aluminosilicate hydromica as a carrier leads to active formation and functioning of the symbiotic apparatus in plants and their high productivity as well as this approach can be used for maintenance of the physiological activity of bacteria during their long stay on seeds. Modification of the preparation Rhizostym by means of introducing other components leads to increase of its efficiency and contributes to getting more crop as compared to original preparation. The application of fungicides under dry conditions decreases grain productivity of soybean by means of the stimulation of plant vegetative mass development by protectants.
