The purpose of work is to identify physiological changes in the human body and animals under the influence of environmental, pharmacological and pathological effects in order to normalize body functions. Research methods are electrophysiological, biochemical, behavioral, mathematical and statistical and others. These scientific findings differ novelty of having scientific and practical value, and correspond to the current level of world science in areas such as: neurophysiology, physiology of the digestive system, the circulatory physiology, the physiology of the heart, physiology, sports and work. To study the physiological mechanisms underlying the development of pathologies, effectively using modeling studies on inbred rats. These model studies allow us to determine the boundaries for the creation of concepts and ideas about communication system processes that direction. Models have also become the basis for studying the mechanisms of metabolic and physical stress on the central nervous system (CNS), as well as the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and digestive organs in conditions of imbalance nitroergichnoi level regulation. Significant place in the study was dedicated on the role of carbon monoxide (NO) into nitrogen regulation processes of the digestive tract, in particular the study of particular motor-evacuation function of the digestive system, the development of erosive ulcers imbalance donators blockers and NO. Also in this direction caried out the researches of the liver function. System studies of the cardiovascular system have shown that regular physical activity provides a certain character of adaptive mechanisms due to expansion of the range of reserve capacity of the trained body.At the level of the CNS revealed potential mechanisms of metabolic effects of chronic stress caused by deficiency of bicarbonate ions and load the parameters of the electrical activity of hypothalamus (EGtG) and behavioral reactions of rats. The results have significant scientific value for study of the development of pathological changes in the digestive system, as well as for the evaluation and normalization of functions of the human body under the influence of significant physical exertion and metabolic stress. The results of research have been implemented in the educational process of DNU. The scope are normal and pathological physiology, and medicine.
