The goal is studing ecological and physiological features of plant introduction in the Steppe Dnieper region. We used methods such as ecological, physiological and biochemical, morphological surveys, and manipulation method of primary data (key statistics, ANOVA, integral calculus, and others.). This scientific data has novelty and research and practice value, and satisfies worldclass in plant introduction and physiology, ecology, and natural resource management. It is indicative of an active environmental transformed role by plants of exotic species as an important ecosystem component and characterizes eco-physiological process features what take place in plants during introductions. Study is aimed at ecological and introduction physiological mechanisms identifying of different exotic species plants taxa in natural and transformed ecosystems. Introduction ecological and physiological mechanisms of different exotic species plants taxonomic groups to the anthropogenic Steppe Dnieper region conditions were outlined; the environmental factors influence on introduced plants species, conclusions for optimization introduction in view of environmental transformed function features of plant communities was formulated The results have scholarly importance for introducing process of new plants taxa, method design for introduction acceleration, as well as protection and increase of species and taxonomic biodiversity. Scientific data is the basis for development of plant introduction new principles for further use of the above taxa to create comfortable conditions for human beings in the industrial region, which will greatly reduce the cost for optimization of human existence. The research results can be used to landscape restore and optimize, conservation use of natural resources as well as being introduced to create collection of Oles Honchar DNU botanical garden, and in the academic activity in the Dnipropetrovsk National University.
