It is found that at temperatures above 0,7 K the drag coefficient depends on oscillating frequency of fork and viscous of the fluid. At temperatures below 0,7 K the drag coefficient depends on density of the normal component of He II. At the same time in the entire range of temperatures value of dissipative losses depends on the geometry of the oscillating body. The study of the transition between laminar and turbulent flow of superfluid helium at 0,2 K were carried out. The quasistable regime of laminar flow was observed in a limited range of velocities of superfluid helium. The observed quasistable regime is under further study.
